DIY Bubble Mask Inspired by Youtuber Farah Dhukai

Hi everyone,

I haven’t been posting as much as I usually do as I am in the process of moving to a new home (something I plan on blogging about soon!), but I am back! I recently came across youtuber Farah Dhukai and now I am obsessed with her DIY beauty regimes.

A few days ago I watched her video on a DIY bubble mask and gave it a go and I had to share! The aim of this mask is to tighten and shrink the pores and skin. It has simple ingredients that I have at home; 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of sugar!

If you take a look on her insta page she outlines all the benefits sugar and eggs has for the face!

The aim is to get the mixture into a meringue like mixture. It took me forever to mix by hand lol and I got lazy the first time I tried making this mask and stopped at the texture below.. It still did the job!

So yes.. Above is a picture of me with a merigine on my face lol!

I applied the mixture to my face and it was tingly like little tiny bubbles popping on my face. After around 5-10 minutes of having it on my face I could feel my face tightening. At this moment I was like yes! My skin is getting tightened.. Even though I am 23 with tight skin and no wrinkles.. But it was still exciting.
The results…

Before I had abit of dryness on certain areas of my face, literally after washing this mask off it was like it lifted all the dryness off my face. My skin felt smooth and refreshed and it felt great to have a face mask I could have a little taste of.

I have done this mask twice and will continue to do this again!

Check her out! She has alot more amazing DIY beauty tips!

Bye for now!
