My weight loss journey – Day 1

After months and months of putting it off, I have decided to take my weight loss journey seriously. I wanted to make sure I enjoy it and that it is effective. I came across a meal plan on pintrest and thought I should share it to all the other bloggers who want to lose weight!

I will write a review on this weight loss diet after I have completed the 7 days! Anyone else want to join me? Comment or send me a message and share your experience with me! I am also interested in finding healthy recipes that taste great!
